Mr. Radhe Syam Nandigam is an Electronics and Communications Engineer from Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh.
He is the Managing Director of the Company since inception and he is the torch bearer and visionary for Research and Development of the company.
He is having 28 years of industrial experience in the field of electronic products design and manufacturing and he has 15 years of exclusive experience and knowledge in the field of LED displays and LED lighting. He started his career as a Design Engineer in M/s. Effectronics Systems Private Limited and worked in embedded systems development and later joined at M/s. MIC Electronics Limited as a Design Engineer and worked all the way up to the Vice President and Head of R&D. He handled the entire designing aspects of LED displays and LED lights in MIC Electronics Ltd., who were the pioneers in LED Displays and LED lighting in India.
Attended various seminars, product exhibitions in India and abroad, which has helped in design and development of various new products for the company.
Mrs. Latha Jasti, is a graduate of Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication from JNTU, Andhra Pradesh.
She has 27 years of hands on Industrial experience in the field of Electronics manufacturing and Software Systems. Her experience and knowledge in the field of LEDs and LED lighting products helped the company to plan higher growth trajectory. She started her career as an Engineer in M/s. MIC Electronics Ltd, who were started the LED displays and lighting in India and worked for about 7 years and thereafter worked for 18 years with M/s. Tech Mahindra ltd, one of the leading IT company in India as a senior executive and responsible for project deliveries.
She joined our company in the year 2017 as a Director - Operations. She takes care of entire plant operations, Quality and ensures the best quality of products. She has good understanding of best management practices, good skills of project management and execution.
Mr. V.Srihari, Director, has done his Masters Degree in Technology from the most prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He is one of the promoter directors of the company.
He served in ECIL, a Public Sector Electronic & Engineering company for over 20 years before joining this company as a Director. He is also a promoter of M/s. Sitra Infotech Private Ltd, a company engaged in providing SCADA services to Large Public sector companies like IOC, GAIL, HPCL, ECIL and various international clients in private sector.
He is a specialist in electronics and telecommunications such as SCADA and telecom systems. He has great intellectual understanding in the field of Electronics and can provided various solutions in product development, quality control. He is also the director in various companies in the field of Engineering, Pharmaceuticals & Electronics.
Mr.Sita Rama Swamy Vegunta, holds Masters degrees in Economics, Commerce and Management and a Bachelor degree in law, and also Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers, Mumbai. He is a Corporate Strategy Specialist and provides directional guidance to the company to move to a larger orbit .
He has worked with a big Nationalised bank, worked in senior management levels in various Non Banking Finance Companies, and Pharmaceutical Research company for a period of 40 years. He is a financial professional with legal background. He is instrumental in formulating the Business Plans, creating teams, and developing corporate cultural within the organisation. He is a motivational leader and clear task master in implementing the corporate philosophy.
